The factory covers an area of about 6,000 square meters, with cutting lines, grinding lines, drilling lines, hand-drawing lines, molding lines, spraying lines, baking lines, frosting lines, cleaning and packaging lines and other production process points. There are drilling machines, grinding lines, etc, totally around 50 sets of related production equipment which have high precision, strong maneuverability, and high efficiency, to provide the necessary conditions for on-time delivery.

At present, our weekly production capacity can reach 2,000pc glass basins, and the monthly production capacity can reach 8,000pc glass basins, which can meet the needs of customer orders to the greatest extent. During the peak season of orders, our company will also increase the arrangement of personnel according to the situation of the order.

For ODM service, we need the customer to offer samples, pictures or drawings, then we can make our own drawings first to discuss with our customers, till to reach the agreements, then we will work on the moulds.
During the process, we also will offer our idea in case we have some idea to improve for better.
Every year, we need to invest a certain proportion of funds for product research and development, upgrading, and replacement, Even in the context of the current pandemic.
